Social Programme and Activities

A braai reception for all delegates is planned at Ntshondwe camp  overlooking the Ithala Game Reserve on the evening of Sunday 11th January (more details will be supplied in the next circular).

A night drive on Wednesday 14 for game spotting within the Ithala Game Reserve has been organised.

Attendees can make their own arrangements for early morning (dawn) guided walks and extra night drives upon arrival.

Delegates  are encouraged to book any additional drives or other activities with park officials.  Dusk and Dawn are the best times, and for this reason the school only starts at 9:00 each day and ends at 16:00.  This gives delegates time to go on early morning drives, or other activities of their choosing.

Information on a variety of activities, game viewing and maps can be found at the Homepage of the Ithala Game Reserve.

Accompanying Persons

No official accompanying persons programme will be arranged. The school organisers can however recommend tour operators who can be contacted if organised tours are needed for individuals or groups.
