using H and C beams. reovered good transmission to analyser. HE electronics overhauled. Earthing problem fixed. Lenses more stable. Image quads digital signal termination problem fixed, control now reliable. Attention to vacuums in AMS line, 0 degrees line and at HE. HV stabilsation improved. Nudams modified at Tank base. Analog column current monitors installed. Rad monitors recalibrated. Calibrate beam energy with feint beam and SB detector. Calibration needed correction |
